What happens when I order a backordered product?
Any orders that are only partially in stock will be held until 100% of the order is filled. However, a customer may request a partial order by contacting us at support@flashlightsforsurvival.com . In the event that a product is unavailable on your order, we reserve the right to cancel the order for the affected product(s) or cancel the entire order. But every effort will be made to obtain the unavailable product and ship the complete order.

What payment methods do you use?
We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal

When do you charge my credit card?
If you pay via credit card on our secure server, you will NOT be charged until your product ships. If you pay by PayPal your card will be charged immediately.

Who are your standard carriers and what is your standard shipping method?
We ship using UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, and DHL. Any order placed will ship UPS Ground unless specified at the time of ordering. All orders shipping to a P.O.Box or APO/FPO address will only be shipped via US Mail (Priority or Surface). 3rd party shipping information can be used on all orders shipped by UPS or FedEx upon written request.

Do restock fees apply to returns?
All Merchandise that is returned for convenience is subject to a 15% restock fee. Prior to sending any merchandise back, you must first contact us by Email: support@flashlightsforsurvival.com to obtain a RA# (Return Authorization).

Can prices change without notice?
Prices are subject to change without notice. Regardless of price change you will pay the price listed when you submitted your order.
