SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Deadlines
Orders received by us (for in-stock product) before 1 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped the same day. Orders received (for in-stock items) after 1 p.m. will ship within one (1) business day of receipt. For orders received on Friday, every attempt will be made to ship orders by close od business Friday.
In Stock and Back Ordered product
If all product in order is in stock, it will be filled immediately.
Any orders that are only partially in stock will be held until 100% of the order is filled.
Requests to ship partial orders must be communicated to support@flashlightsforsurvival.com.
Unavailable Product
In the event that a product is unavailable on your order, we reserve the right to cancel the order for the affected product(s) or cancel the entire order. Orders will be shipped as soon as the unavailable items come into stock and the order is 100% complete.
Carriers
We ship by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL Any order placed will ship UPS Ground or U.S.P.S Mail unless specified at the time of ordering. All orders shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address will only be shipped via US Mail (Priority or Surface)
Parcel Insurance
We insure all parcels at the published carrier insurance rates. Some countries and services do not allow for parcels to be insured.
APO/FPO Delivery
We do ship to APO/FPO addresses. All orders shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address will only be shipped via US Mail (Priority or Surface). Enter AE for the state and enter APO or FPO as the city.
International Shipments
We do not ship to any countries other than the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses.
RETURN POLICY
Customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first. We will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#. To obtain an RA #, email us at support@flashlightsforsurvival.com. A customer service representative will give you an RA # and a return address that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paper work.
Return Auth # Required
Flashlight For Survival will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product. RA #'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.
Restocking Fees
Non-defective merchandise returned to for any reason other than a mis-ship of product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return.
